Welcome to our FAQs section, where we address common questions and provide helpful answers about our services as a marketing merchandiser specializing in customizable promotional items. Whether you're new to promotional merchandise or a seasoned marketer looking to enhance your brand's visibility, our FAQs are here to provide clarity and guidance.

Print-on-demand items are made after you order. Typical timing is:
- Production: usually 7–10 business days
- Shipping: usually 3–5 business days (US) after it leaves production
You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships. (International shipping can take longer.)
Because POD items are made to order, all POD sales are final except if your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit. We don’t accept returns/exchanges for wrong size, color, style, or change of mind—so please double-check the size chart before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?
We’ll make it right. If there’s a manufacturing defect, misprint, or shipping damage, we’ll offer either:
- a free replacement, or
- a refund
(depending on the situation)
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Reports after 7 days may not be eligible.
Photo evidence is required. Please fill out our Return Form. We will want to know:
- your order number, and
- two photos:
- a close-up showing the defect/damage/misprint
- a full photo of the entire item

Do you need to ship the item back?
Usually, no. Because POD items are custom-made, we typically don’t require returns for approved issues. Don’t ship anything back unless we specifically authorize it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider after we initiate it.
