Because print-on-demand items are made to order, our POD products are final sale except in cases of defects, misprints, or damage in transit.

1) Made-to-Order / Final Sale

All POD items are custom-made when you place your order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

Fit preferences (too big/too small)

Shipping delays once the order has left production (see Section 5)

Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items (We’ll Make It Right)

If your POD item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, or damage from shipping, we will offer one of the following (depending on the situation):

A free replacement, or

A refund

3) Reporting Window (7 Days)

You must report POD issues within 7 days of delivery.

Reports submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4) What We Need From You (Photo Evidence Required)

To evaluate and fix the issue, we require:

Your order number, and

Two photos:

A close-up photo clearly showing the defect/damage/misprint

A full photo of the entire item

5) How to Start a POD Claim

Email us at [email protected] with:

Subject line: POD Issue – Order #[Your Order Number]

Your order number

A short description of the issue

The two required photos (see Section 4)

If approved, we’ll coordinate with our print provider to produce and ship your replacement as quickly as possible, or process your refund.

6) Returns / Return Shipping (Usually Not Required)

Because POD items are custom-made, we typically do not require you to return defective items.

In some cases, we may ask you to keep the item, donate it, or dispose of it—this helps avoid unnecessary return shipping.

Do not ship anything back unless we specifically authorize it.

7) Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank/payment provider after the refund is initiated.
